Although our girl seems to have lost some of her leadership and fighting skills (why?????), the book still had good scenes and finally admission of love between Wyatt and h, followed immediately by loss of freedom and presumed death. I don't believe the H is dead even for a minute so I will be counting hours until the next book is out.Product details

Who knew that the zombie apocalypse would be fascinating reading? Not me. I would've told you that I'm not going to enjoy zombies. But this series was recommended by a friend, and I would've missed a great author, and a fascinating story!
Wow. Just wow. I'm going to be very brief with my review as I'm already chomping at the bit to dive into the final book!
More epic plot twists and turns in this one! And you will be on an emotional roller coaster! Get out the tissues towards the end!
I absolutely loved this entire series, start to finish. I haven't been this engrossed in a story in ages. It reminded me of The Hunger Games, but not stealing the story, just that it was as good. The author made me care about the characters so quickly, she had me in tears, which is rare in zombie books. I am going to try to get everyone I know to read this one. <3
Oh man, what just happened!?! Wyatt, Alex and Cole have the most complex and complicated relationship triangle I’ve ever read. I can’t believe after all of this that that just happened! I’m not going to say anything else because I don’t want to give anything away but oh my goddess this was great!
Another chapter in Alex's crazy life, except that Jane is not evil incarnate anymore. It was amusing to read about Jane being out in the Death Fields she created instead of safe in her lab or Fort. Of course Alex and her traveling companions manage to get in and out of trouble on their way to a safe place according to Jane (or is it)? Once I started reading I had to read until the end just to see what happened next to Alex. And to see who showed up again. I think someone is dead or long gone but they have a habit of showing up again when you least expect it. Ok I wait for the wild twists that always come. I just love this series and how Angel writes. She keeps me entertained and always guessing. I received a copy of this book for a voluntarily review.

Awesome as always. Nonstop action with a sprinkling of a long awaited romance. Just when you think you have the story all figured out, the author throws in a total twist.
